Preston North End Football Club is committed to the protection and promotion of mental health and wellbeing. We all have mental health and, just like physical health, it needs looking after. One in four of us will experience a mental health issue in any given year. The economic cost is huge and the human cost is incalculable. Being more aware of our mental health and knowing ways to get support can empower people to thrive.

Samaritans is there for anyone struggling to cope – day or night, 365 days a year. They take action to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping people find ways to cope and learn the skills to be there for others. Campaigning to make suicide prevention a priority.
